Classification of Electric Rollers in Xinjiang
There are four basic methods for classifying electric rollers. According to the cooling method of the electric motor, the type of reducer transmission structure used, the basic working environment characteristics of the electric drum, and the placement of the motor inside and outside the drum, the electric drum can be classified.
cooling method
Air cooled electric drum
The characteristic of this electric drum is that the motor does not require oil cooling, but relies on conduction, radiation, and convection of wind, which can be divided into two types: forced air cooling and natural air cooling.
Oil cooled electric drum
This type of electric drum is also known as an indirect oil cooled electric drum. There is a certain amount of cooling oil inside the electric drum. Due to the continuous rotation of the drum body, the oil scraper on the drum body continuously pours the oil onto the motor and gears, taking away the heat generated by the motor and gears during operation, transferring the heat to the drum body wall, accelerating the motor's heat dissipation, and lubricating the gears. The key to an oil cooled electric drum is that no oil is allowed to enter the interior of the motor.
Oil immersed electric drum
Oil immersed electric drum, also known as direct oil cooled electric drum, allows oil to enter the interior of the electric motor, directly contacting the rotor and stator windings of the motor, and transferring the heat generated during their operation to the inner wall of the drum through continuous rotation of the drum body. This structure has good heat dissipation effect, but it also requires relatively high quality of lubricating oil and electric motor.
